The Victims of Domestic Violence Abuse
So, before going to bed and because I simply cannot sleep. I opened my phone again. Guess what popped up? News article on a woman being set on fire, dying, and her husband being arrested. The article is from Minnesota.
Why? Why can people just say, “O, you do not want to be with me anymore? No problem, I will just move on.”
Why does this always have to end in violence?
What do men and women alike think that if I cannot have you, no one else will? Seriously, why do people think this way? I really would like to know. There are more than a billion people on this planet. So, move on. That person does not want you anymore. Okay! There is someone else out there that will want you.
Why must there be violence?
There are news stories on the daily of women going missing, women being killed, men getting shot, etc. My husband and I watch the show snapped. I don’t know why these shows interest us, however, my goodness, it is crazy. Most of the episodes are about women.
We also like the ID channel. Wait! I believe Snapped is on that channel. Anyway, it is so much violence we see on this channel. So many women need help, running from their significant other, etc.
I rarely see anything about women hurting men, however, I am pretty sure that this happens as well.
These things happen way too often. Husbands killing their wives. Wives killing their husbands. Why? Only to leave your poor innocent children without either parent. O! These people do not think about them, though, right? They do not think about the innocent ones. No, they simply do not want to let go of someone they have.
Why? Men or Women consider the victims their possession. Why is that? Instead of their equal, they consider them theirs.
When we are young, our parents keep up safe. However, no one entirely belongs to someone. These new ages have no slavery. Owning or possession is what you would call slavery. News flash! That is done and over with.
Below is a domestic violence incident where the man is being charged with murdering his girlfriend and setting her on fire. What in the bleep is going on?
